Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify client requirements.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying client requirements.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD, SRS) under the guidance of a Senior BA.
• Support software testing to ensure products meet requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions align with client needs.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with clients and stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.

• Probation salary: 85% of the official salary (for 2 months).
• Official salary: 6,000,000 VND – 8,000,000 VND GROSS (depending on experience and qualifications).
